Biography
Jill is an associate at the firm. Her practice includes civil litigation, in both federal and state courts, and includes jury trial experience. She has also advised clients in internal investigations and enforcement actions brought by government regulators and law enforcement.
Prior to joining Aegis, Jill was an associate at Bracewell LLP, where she represented clients in commercial litigation matters across the United States. She also counseled clients in responding to governmental inquiries from the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, Securities and Exchange Commission, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, and the U.S. Department of Justice. Jill maintains a broad litigation and investigations practice, with significant experience in internal investigations and government enforcement matters. She regularly counsels organizations and individuals in sensitive matters involving internal compliance, governance, and criminal and regulatory exposure.

Education
Jill received her J.D. with honors from The University of Texas School of Law, where she was a member of the Order of the Barristers for outstanding advocacy and was highly ranked in numerous oral and written advocacy competitions. While in law school, she interned for Justice Brett Busby at the Supreme Court of Texas. Jill graduated summa cum laude from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Science degree.
